Sneak tools vanilla hoods

Every time I get into combat, the game just From half a second to a second. Everywhere else, Frame rate is fine, no freezing, just every time I hit someone, bam. Freeze, unfreeze, attack again, freeze again.

I think it has something to do with my mods, but wrye bash says everything is fine. I want to know wich mod s make my game crashing. I also have skyrim 2k hd lite installed with nmm.
