I cook a lot and am used to something decent. Sturdiness and even heating are very important to me. Does anyone have experience with either of these sets? One review at Amazon said that the Bialetti non-stick comes off rather easily, but no one else seems to be able to corraborate that. I can't find anything on the Cookright II at all.
